Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, with its registered office at Alankar Vihar Kankhal Haridwar (hereinafter referred to as “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”)

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who visits or uses the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). USER ELIGIBILITY

Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents, etc. are not eligible to use the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 years, you shall not register as a User of the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) and shall not use the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). As a minor if you wish to use the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”), such use may be made by your legal guardian or parents on the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). Indian Rural Art reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or refuse to provide you with access to the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) if it is brought to Indian Rural Art’s notice or if it is discovered that you are under the age of 18 years.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

If You use the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”), You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, we shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership on the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). and refuse to provide You with access to the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”).

COMMUNICATIONS

CHARGES:

Membership on the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) is free. Indian Rural Art does not charge any fee for browsing the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). Indian Rural Art reserves the right to change its Fee Policy from time to time. In particular, Indian Rural Art may at its sole discretion introduce new services and modify some or all of the existing services offered on the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). In such an event Indian Rural Art reserve the right to introduce fees for the new services offered or amend/introduce fees for existing services, as the case may be. Unless otherwise stated, all fees shall be quoted in Indian Rupees. Blogs: This is to inform and clarify that individuals (including but not limited to employees of Indian Rural Art and referred to as “Individuals” hereafter) may contribute articles and opinions on this “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) entirely at the sole discretion of Indian Rural Art, in the form of “blogs,” as such term is generally understood. You hereby acknowledge and agree that these blogs constitute the opinion of the Individuals in their personal capacity and may not represent official positions of Indian Rural Art in any manner. Indian Rural Art retains all copyright to these blogs.

You may be permitted to post comments and feedback to these blogs. By doing so, you expressly agree and acknowledge to abide by the following:

1. You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information which
   1. belongs to another person and to which You do not have any right;
   2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to “indecent representation of women” within the meaning of the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986; (c) is misleading in any way;
   3. ) is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; (e) harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
   4. involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming.”
   5. promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
   6. infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights [including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy (including without limitation unauthorized disclosure of a person’s name, email address, physical address, or phone number) or rights of publicity].

   8. provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent, or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone; (l) provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; (m) contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).

   12. threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.
   13. shall not be false, inaccurate, or misleading;
   14. shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or part) the services of Our internet service provider (“ISPs”) or other suppliers;
2. You shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or another automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the ”Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”). We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.
3. You agree that You will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) or Indian Rural Art’s systems or networks, or any systems or networks connected to Indian Rural Art.
6. 9. You shall at all times ensure full compliance with the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable and as amended from time to time and also all applicable Domestic laws, rules, and regulations.
10. Solely to enable Us to use the information You supply Us with so that we are not violating any rights You might have in Your Information, you agree to grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise the copyright, publicity, database rights or any other rights You have in Your Information, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to Your Information. We shall be entitled to, consistent with Our Privacy Policy as adopted in accordance with applicable law, use the content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include the content You provide. You agree that any content You post may be used by us, consistent with Our Privacy Policy and Rules of Conduct on Site as mentioned herein, and You are not entitled to any payment or other compensation for such use.
11. You shall not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Users of the ”Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) to buy or sell any products or services, including, but not limited to, products or services related to that being displayed on the https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bharuwasolutions.irula (Google Play Store) or related to us. It shall be a violation of these Terms of Use to use any information obtained from the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to another person other than Us without Our prior explicit consent. PROFANITY POLICY

Indian Rural Art prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature in a public area.

This policy extends to your Submissions, Postings, and all other areas of the “Indian Rural Art (IRULA) Mobile App”) that another User may view. We allow Users to ‘blur’ out the bulk of the offending word with asterisks (i.e., s*** or f***).
